FLAG DETAIL
RULES
- NEVER let the flag touch the ground.
- When folding the flag, you fold it into a triangle with the union up (also known as the cocked hat)
- When the flag is posted at half-mast, the flag is raised all the way to the top of the mast then lowered to the half was point.
- When the flag is lowered from the half-mast position, the flag is raised all the way to the top of the mast and then lowered.
